Capabilities

Sponsor’s can designate their representatives, and allow them to:

• Scan SpotMe attendee QR codes from event badges, the app, or an email, in order to immediately save the lead.
• Qualify the lead by completing a fully customizable lead evaluation form, allowing you to capture the exact information you need.
• Access all the leads that they personally scanned in the app, and make any necessary updates to the information.
• View all the leads scanned by the sponsor’s team of representatives, to have a clear view of how things are going for the team and avoid duplicate efforts.
• Get a full a report of all the scanned leads from the event team, that can be downloaded via Backstage at the touch of a button.
